Nuelle Flipse photography
My name is Nuelle Flipse, born in 1971, I live in the Netherlands and I am specialized in Dog photography.
In my previous job as a coach and supervisor I felt I was still missing “a piece of the whole puzzle” of happiness. I didn’t really consider myself as a creative person but it turned out I am!! When I started taking photos of my Dog, something happened. I finally found what I was looking for. My Dog, Zoë the Whippet became not only my Muze but my inspiration!
In my photography I try to bring my own emotions and interpretation of the moment back in my photo's. Hoping the viewer will see what I've seen, feel what I felt in the moment.
Years ago I started to take some classes to learn about my camera, about light and to learn about the basics of Photoshop. I loved it immediately and I just wanted to know everything about photography. It felt like I had to make up for the years I didn’t explore my creativity. Not long after this I quit my current job and started my own business in photography. I have finally found my source of creativity and by taking photo’s of all the beautiful dogs I discovered this makes me incredible happy!
Now, years later people all over Europe and beyond come to my photo studio with their special furry friends.
You can see even more of my photos on facebook, Instagram or in magazines. That is just amazing!
My work is recognized by the special use of light. I use the light like in an old painting trying to bend and shape it the way I love. It makes my pet models look at their best! Outdoor I work with the light in a natural way which you will see in my photoArt.
I'm a allround photographer. This means I'm not only a studio photographer but specialized as well in outdoor with natural light and action photography. For me personally that means making amazing photos in all type of photography. Quality in all photos no matter if it is studio, outdoor or action!
I always take plenty of time with the dog who's in front of my camera so I get to know the personality of the dog model the best I can. The personality and the character is unique for every individual dog. The human aspects we ofter reconize in our dogs are, among other things, what makes us feel so close to them. And it is this aspect I try to express in my photograhy.
I get lots of positive response from dog owners, photo lovers and other amazing (Dog)photographers. This makes me happy and proud! Lots of them started to asked me to teach them my style of photography. They wanted to know how I achieve my kind of images. This is why and when I started to develop workshops which are only about Dog photography. I teach: action, portraits in natural light and photo editing using Photoshop.
My passion is photographing dogs of all kind but I have a special love for the sighthounds. They touch me emotionally and I just can't get enough photo's of them!
I hope people appreciate and like my photography and will enjoy my work as much as I do creating the photo's!!
